DeJa Johnson of Blue’s Private Chef & Catering (aka Chef Blue) has been a culinary professional for over a decade, but he’s had a passion for cooking all his life. His lifelong passion for food informs his world view and his art, nurturing the people around him. He is dynamic in the kitchen and a delight to interact with, as he cooks and discusses the food he prepares at 1400 food Lab events and classes, in-home private dinners, and large celebrations.
